Dear Guest,

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I do require a 48 hours notice if you need to Cancel, Reschedule or Adjust services for your reservation.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Please know that by requesting appointment with me you are agreeing to my cancellation policy. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

48 hours before your scheduled recervation, a courtesy reminder via text/email (whichever you signed up for) will be sent to you. This is the window where you can make adjustments to your scheduled appoint to avoid any fees.

Cancellations or Reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a

charge equal to 50% of the reserved service(s) and it will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations or Rescheduling can be made by clicking on your appointment confirmation or reminder.

Late arrivals: please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. A cancellation due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.*If the booked multiple appointments and on the day of the appointment you changed your mind and only get one, a cancellation fee will still be applied for the service canceled

Failure to show up for your reservation with no contact will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

The Right To Refuse Service

Fika Hair Studio has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, abusive, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. Cases of verbal or physical aggression, harassment, stealing, assault, or sexual remarks will not be tolerated and will result in service refusal and a request to leave the premises.
