Dear Guest,

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I do require a 48 hours notice if you need to Cancel, Reschedule or Adjust services for your reservation.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Please know that by requesting appointment with me you are agreeing to my cancellation policy.

Should you cancel your appointment or reschedule with LESS than 48 hours notice, a service (s) fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Fees as follow:

$30 fee for haircut only

$50 fee for color service only

$80 fee for color and haircut services

48 hours before your scheduled recervation, a courtesy reminder via text/email (whichever you signed up for) will be sent to you. This is the window where you can make adjustments to your scheduled appoint to avoid any fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations or Rescheduling can be made by clicking on your appointment confirmation or reminder.

Late arrivals: please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked.

Failure to show up for your reservation with no contact will result in a service fee and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Clients who no show on more than one occasion will not be able yo book with me.

The Right To Refuse Service

Fika Hair Studio has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, abusive, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. Cases of verbal or physical aggression, harassment, stealing, assault, or sexual remarks will not be tolerated and will result in service refusal and a request to leave the premises.
