To ensure a seamless experience, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for reschedules or adjustments. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee: $30 for haircuts, $50 for color, and $80 for color + haircut. Arriving late or missing your appointment may also incur a fee. Gentle reminders are sent 48 hours prior to your visit to help you make changes with ease. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm, thoughtful space where every guest can enjoy their moment of relaxation.

Fika Hair Studio is designed to be a serene, welcoming space for every guest. To maintain this environment, we reserve the right to decline service if a guest’s behavior or condition may impact the experience. Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe actions—including verbal or physical harassment—will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and a request to leave.
